THE CLASSICS

The great love for our land and traditions inspired this line of wines. We are in a small village in the green heart of Umbria where nature rhythms mark the days. Right here in the territory of Sant’Enea, the Chiorri family has created our historical wines over the last 200 years: Titus, Sangiovese, Grante and Saliato.
TITUS

Alcohol : 14,00 % Vol.

Vinification: stainless steel fermented

Straw yellow coloured with golden hues.
Great aromatic intensity with notes of esotic and tropical fruit and yellow flowers.
Pleasantly mineral, well-balanced, fresh and savory.
Persisent, harmonious and fine.

Foodpairings:
Umbrian aperitifs, first courses of fish, aged cheeses, cold cuts, boiled meat,
Umbrian typical cappelletti in brodo.

SANGIOVESE

Grape Varietals: Sangiovese

Bottles: 15,000

Alcohol: 13,50 % Vol.

Vinification: stainless steel and concrete fermented.

Intense ruby red coloured.
Floreal, fruity, with red rose, cherry and violet notes.
Fresh, slightly acid and tannic.
Intense and persisent.

Food pairings:
Umbrian typical torta al testo, first courses with meat sauce, medium-aged pecorino,
roasted pork.

SALIATO

Rosso DOC Colli Perugini

Grape Varietals: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Bottles: about 5,000

Alcohol : 14,00 % Vol.

Vinification: about 12 months ageing in barrique

Intense ruby red coloured with garnet tints.
Great aromatic and spicy intensity with fruits and flower scents,
notes of toasted oak and incense finish.
Soft and persisent, pleasantly tannic.
Balanced, fine and full-bodied.

Food pairings:
roasted red meat, game, first courses with meat sauces.
