Titus

Titus bears the name of Tito, who was the first in the family to believe in the Grechetto grape variety, spending energy to enhance it. Persistent and intense, harmonious and balanced.

San Giovese

It is the most widespread grape variety in Umbria: we could not fail to celebrate it with a wine made from pure, floral and fruity grapes.

Saliato

Dedicated to the place that hosts us: Saliato is the plot of land where our winery is located and is the name of the vineyard where the grapes are grown, which also gives its name to one of our historic wines.

Description

Intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Spicy and soft.
Broad bouquet with intense fruity and floral aromas, original spiciness, hints of oak and an incensed fading breath.
Soft and persistent, pleasantly tannic. Harmonic and fine, structured.

60% Sangiovese
30% Merlot
10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Pairings

Roast red meat, game, pappardelle with meat sauce.
Typical local dish: palombacce alla ghiotta (roast pigeon).

Antonio Chiorri Red Selection

Intense ruby red in colour, it is aged in large barrels. A wine of depth, made from Sangiovese and Sagrantino grapes, original and spicy, with an incensed fading whiff.
